Refunds
Before returning any items, please contact us at info@o2evse.com in advance so that we can keep abreast of the status of pre-returned goods. Does not affect the progress of the problem handling.
Hassle-free returns and exchanges.
Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. The product needs to be sent back to the return warehouse by the customer. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
The returned goods must be in the original packaging and have no traces of use. Proof of purchase is also required.
After the goods are returned to the return warehouse, and being checked by relevant personnel and meeting the return conditions. We will return the money to the original route within 1-3 working days. The specific time of receiving the refund is subject to the relevant policies of the bank.
The product inventory status on our website will be updated to the latest status in time. But special circumstances cannot be avoided. In case of sudden out of stock in the warehouse, we will communicate , and refund to you.
Products with special price and no quality problems do not accept returns or exchanges.
Returns
If the product needs to be replaced or returned due to damage, the customer needs to provide photos or videos of the damaged parts, and we will not provide warranty services for the second owner.
We will not pay for any third-party service or replacement parts. Customers who need to return or exchange goods need to pay the relevant shipping costs.
We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping due to customers setting their own shipping options or using a freight forwarder.
Shipping damage
Inspect your product for damage as soon as you receive it. Shipping damage claims are extremely time sensitive. We will not accept shipping damage claims within 14 days of product receipt. Before you sign for the shipment, please inspect and document any damage to the product. And take pictures of the damage, and please keep all packaging and documentation until the claim is complete. Report damage claims to O2evse customer service within 14 days of delivery. Please contact our team at info@o2evse.com for return/exchange instructions.
Limited 1-Year Warranty
1 year period from the date of original purchase. Wear and tear is not covered under warranty. The item warranty does not include damage from use of an improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuses, normal wear or water damage.
Warranty items
This warranty applies to O2evse products only. This warranty does not cover damage caused by failure to follow instructions in the owner's manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alteration, modification, improper assembly, wear and tear, operator error, water damage, or subsequent improper maintenance . This warranty does not cover consumables or normal wear parts (cables and housings). We disclaim all responsibility and/or accept liability for any damage, malfunction or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts. Shipping damage must be reported to O2evse within a reasonable time of arrival of the shipment. In no event shall O2evse be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage or economic loss, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence or product liability in connection with their products .
