4,  Products and services

We try our best to display the truest color of the picture, but we cannot guarantee that everyone's monitor can display the same true color.

We reserve the right to remove products from shelves for any reason.

We do our best to maximize price and quality, but we cannot guarantee that everyone's expectations will be met.

5,  Order confirmation and processing

The final order confirmation is subject to review by our specialized department. We reserve the right to cancel orders.

After we confirm that the order information, payment, and inventory meet the requirements, we will arrange the warehouse delivery in time. If the product you purchased is temporarily out of stock, we will communicate with you in time to delay the delivery, or directly cancel the order and send the payment Return according to the original path.

6,  Transportation   If your order needs to be sent in batches, the entire shipping fee will be calculated based on the arrival of the first item, and only one shipping fee will be charged for the entire order. If you have any questions about this, please contact us in time.

7,  delivery of goods   

The goods are in local warehouse in the United States and Europe. Depending on the shipping distance. We offer free shipping on all eligible orders (except Sweden and Denmark). After receiving the order, we will arrange the shipment within 48 hours, and the customer will receive the email, including the delivery reminder and the track number, so that you can track the location of your items at any time. You can receive your order within approximately 4-10 business days after order confirmation. Please see the table below for the countries we ship to and estimated delivery times.

8,  product warranty   

1 year period from the date of original purchase. Wear and tear is not covered under warranty. The item warranty does not include damage from use of an improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuses, normal wear or water damage.

This warranty applies to O2evse products only. This warranty does not cover damage caused by failure to follow instructions in the owner's manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alteration, modification, improper assembly, wear and tear, operator error, water damage, or subsequent improper maintenance . This warranty does not cover consumables or normal wear parts (cables and housings). We disclaim all responsibility and/or accept liability for any damage, malfunction or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts. Shipping damage must be reported to O2evse within a reasonable time of arrival of the shipment. In no event shall O2evse be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage or economic loss, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence or product liability in connection with their products .

9,  Return policy       

Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. The product needs to be sent back to the return warehouse by the customer. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
The returned goods must be in the original packaging and have no traces of use. Proof of purchase is also required.

After the goods are returned to the return warehouse,  and being checked by relevant personnel and meeting the return conditions. We will return the money to the original route within 1-3 working days. The specific time of receiving the refund is subject to the relevant policies of the bank. 

The product inventory status on our website will be updated to the latest status in time. But special circumstances cannot be avoided. In case of sudden out of stock in the warehouse, we will communicate ， and refund to you.
Products with special price and no quality problems do not accept returns or exchanges.

10,   Applicable scope of the law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the region in which the Company is located.

If any of these terms are held to be illegal or invalid, then these terms shall nevertheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Unenforceable parts are deemed to be separate from the terms of service. And will not affect the validity of other remaining provisions.
